Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy required.
• Current pharmacist license in good standing.
• Confident in making clinical decisions independently.

• Flexible to evolve in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient with learning new computer systems and using multiple monitors.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and determine UM requests with clinical justification.
