You will oversee front-line supervisors, own the CRM platform, collaborate with Technology and Product, and use data to drive continuous improvement and a best-in-class customer and employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading customer service or call center operations.
• 3+ years of experience managing leaders (Supervisors or Team Leads).
• Experience implementing or optimizing CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong analytical skills with experience developing and managing operational metrics.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and efficiency.
• Experience leading change management and technology adoption.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Pharmacy Support Specialist organization.
