Qualifications

• Sterile compounding and cleanroom operations experience required.
• Oncology chemotherapy preparation experience strongly preferred.
• Active California Pharmacist license required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations of treatment plans for evidence-based dosing.
• Verify regimens, premedications, routes, and intervals against guidelines.
• Perform sterile and hazardous compounding per USP <797>/<800> and OSHA standards.
• Ensure compliance with FDA DSCSA, OSHA safety rules, and state codes.
• Monitor environmental conditions and manage cleanroom safe operations.
• Educate patients on medication management, side effects, and interactions.
• Provide drug information and guidance to physicians and staff.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure accurate entries and labeling.
• Collaborate on formulary decisions and cost-containment opportunities.
• Audit shipments, manage stock, and handle temperature excursions.
• Support clinic workflows with additional duties as required.
