Qualifications

• Minimum BS or PharmD in pharmacy from accredited school.
• Current pharmacist license in state of practice.
• Two+ years clinical experience; PGY-1 residency preferred.
• Missouri MT service cert within 90 days if practicing in MO.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of medication management and optimize patient outcomes.
• Verify and review medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Monitor therapy for interactions, allergies, and duplications.
• Provide drug information and education to staff and patients.
• Supervise technicians and support personnel as needed.
