Hourly Pay Range: $58.00 - $89.90 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Position: ClinicalPharmacist
Location: Edward Hospital, Naperville
Part Time: 20 hours/week
Hours: Flexible Mon-Fri, Day & Evening shifts with rotating weekends & Holidays (7:00am - 3:30pm, 12:00pm-8:30pm, 2:00pm-10:30pm, 3:00pm- 11:30pm)
Education:
Pharm D. from an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy (Preferred)
Clinical residency with a minimum of 2 years of clinical pharmacy practice experience required, (or)
Minimum five years of clinical pharmacy practice experience
Required License/Certification:
Current Illinois Registered Pharmacist License
Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or Red Cross within six weeks of hire into position.
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification or within 90 days of hire into position.
Responsible for assistance in the coordination of clinical pharmacy services to ensure optimal clinical pharmacy services on a daily basis. Assists in the development of new pharmacy services and clinical workflows. Facilitates staff education and development to ensure competency. Supervises and directs pharmacy support personnel to ensure clinical programs are maintained. Follows established policies, procedures, protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements in executing job responsibilities. Facilitates the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe, cost-effective drug therapies.
