Job summary

RPh on the Go is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to deliver patient-centered pharmaceutical care and advanced medication management. You will perform medication therapy reviews, clinical consultations, and disease state management to promote optimal outcomes.

The role involves leadership in P&T committees, education for patients and providers, and occasional travel to client sites while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license; Maryland licensure preferred.
• Postgraduate residency training preferred.
• Board certifications such as BCPS or BCACP are advantageous.
• CPR certification and board certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medication therapy reviews and clinical consultations.
• Manage formulary selections and contribute to drug utilization analysis.
• Lead Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) committee meetings and foster evidence-based decisions.
• Educate patients and providers on medication use and safety.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in all pharmacy operations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through communication and collaboration.
• Participate in administrative meetings and travel occasionally to client sites.
