Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of school of pharmacy is required.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree is preferred.
• One year's technical experience is preferred.
• Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifies and distributes medication orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitors patient medication therapies and provides drug information.
• Documents interactions for medical review and supports medication safety.
• Supervises and directs pharmacy support personnel.
• Reports on medication utilization and participates in quality assurance.
