Job summary

ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to perform ambulatory care clinical pharmacist functions and cover at any ProMedica Pharmacy Medication Management site as needed. You will manage referred patients’ medication therapy and communicate with patients and other pharmacists.

You will contribute to the education of pharmacy residents, students and medical students as needed. This role is full-time with day shifts in the United States.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist must be licensed in good standing or eligible for licensure in the state.
• BLS certification is required.
• 1 year of pharmacy experience required.
• Board certification or PGY1/extra training is preferred.

Job Summary

As the Clinical Pharmacist, you perform ambulatory care clinical pharmacist functions and must be willing to cover at any ProMedica Pharmacy Medication Management site as needed. In this role, you will manage referred patients’ medication therapy and communicate with patients and other pharmacists. You will contribute to the education of pharmacy residents, students and medical students as needed. The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. It should not be considered exhaustive.

REQUIREMENTS

• PharmD or BS Pharm with post 2006 experience.
• 1 year of pharmacy experience.
• BLS.
• Must be a registered pharmacist, licensed in good standing in the state of the facility location or eligible for licensure in that state.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years of full time pharmacy practice or PGY1 Pharmacy Residency experience.
• Board Certification and/or additional training in specialty area.
