Jefferson Health's Albert Einstein Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to oversee medication distribution for their area. Responsibilities include ensuring drug therapy appropriateness, compliance with hospital policies, and supporting quality processes across the pharmacy services.

Competenze

• Doctor of Pharmacy or RPH is required.
• Knowledge of pharmacokinetic principles required for medication dosing.
• Monitor patients for response to medications.
• Identify and document sentinel/serious events, near misses, medication errors and adverse drug reactions in the electronic reporting system.
• Promote and assure compliance with the hospital formulary and policies and procedures defined by the P & T Committee.
• Provide care that is appropriate to the chronological age, developmental age, social maturity, and cultural background of the patient.

• Oversees the distribution of medications throughout TJUH
