HELP Hire is seeking a pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations and ensure high standards of patient care. The role includes reviewing discharge medications, counseling patients, and maintaining investigational drug records as part of a safe workplace. Compliance with health standards, including respiratory fit testing where required, will be expected.

The ideal candidate will have a Pharm.D. or Ph.D. in Pharmacy and will serve as a role model for technologists and peers, ensuring smooth daily

Formación

• Required: Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy or Ph.D. Pharm. D. degree.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures smooth running of the pharmacy and acts as a role model for technicians and other pharmacists.
• Maintains investigational drug records according to departmental policy.
• Contributes to the medication management process.
• Conducts discharge medication review and counseling to ensure patient/caregiver understanding of therapies at discharge.
• Participates in study initiation, maintenance and closure; respiratory fit testing may be required per safety standards.
