Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education: PharmD or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Minimum experience: 2–4 years in retail, specialty, mail-order, or related setting.

Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Safely dispense medications following laws and standards.
• Counsel patients on medication use, dosing, side effects, and storage.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize therapy.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and protect patient privacy.
• Provide immunizations and other authorized services where allowed.
