Qualifications

• PharmD Pharmacy or bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
• Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire.
• 1 year of acute care hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in NICU, pediatric ward, and Obstetrics/L&D.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and respond to medical emergencies.
• Serve as a preceptor for pharmacy residents and student pharmacists.
