Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Pharm D. degree and 2–4 years related experience preferred.
• Experience with LTC framework and ECM preferred; 1 year LTC pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises pharmacy staff according to policy.
• Complies with state/federal laws including state board, DEA, USP 795/797/800.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness; counsel patients.
