Job summary

The Judge Group in Durham, NC is seeking a licensed Pharmacist (RPh) to support long-term care pharmacy operations in a fast-paced setting.

The Pharmacist will ensure safe and accurate dispensing, supervise workflow, and maintain regulatory compliance while delivering excellent patient care and customer service. Weekend and evening shifts may be required as part of rotating schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Current Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Strong clinical knowledge and interpretation of drug-drug, drug-disease, and drug-food interactions.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily pharmacy operations, including workflow management and production quotas.
• Verify timely, accurate processing, verification, and dispensing of prescriptions.
• Monitor daily workflow dashboards and ensure tasks are completed.
• Review new and refill prescriptions for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with DEA guidelines, HIPAA, and regulatory standards.
• Supervise pharmacy production staff and manage on-call rotations.
