Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our inpatient rehabilitation network. You will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure safe medication use, and contribute to policy development and clinical services within the rehabilitative care team.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from a US-accredited program or international equivalent.
• State licensure as a pharmacist in good standing.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret, compound and dispense medications per professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily pharmacy operations to meet patient expectations.
• Contributing to development of pharmacy policies and procedures in line with Joint Commission and regulations.
• Active participation in interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes.
• Accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medications per legal standards.
