Qualifications

• State pharmacy board licensure in good standing, for the state in which the hospital is located.
• Completion of a degree from an accredited pharmacy program or equivalent.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations to meet customer and patient needs.
• Contribute to the development of pharmacy policies and procedures per regulatory standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team discussions to optimize patient outcomes.
• Accurately interpret, compound, and dispense medications per legal and professional standards.
