Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa, OK is seeking a night-shift, full-time Clinical Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. You will oversee drug dispensing, IV admixture, and provide drug information in a decentralized setting supporting med-surg units.

Under the Director of Pharmacy, you’ll supervise technicians and students, ensure safety, and collaborate with clinicians to optimize patient outcomes using evidence-based practices.

Qualifikationen

• B.S. or Pharm D. from ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting.
• Completion of an accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy residency or fellowship.
• 2+ years clinical pharmacy experience with no residency or fellowship.
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board.
• BLS & ALS/ACLS certification (BLS within 90 days; ALS/ACLS for Code Blue).

Responsibilities:

The clinical pharmacist optimizes patient care by providing appropriate, safe, and cost effective pharmaceutical care including drug dispensing, IV admixture program, and providing drug information. Works under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy and/or the Pharmacy Operations Manager and will oversee the work of pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff. This is a decentralized position supporting med surg.

Qualifications:

• ~ B.S. or Pharm D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• ~ Clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting.
• ~ Completion of an accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy residency or fellowship.
• OR~2+year’s clinical pharmacy experience with no history of residency or fellowship.
• ~ Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy.
• ~ Other applicable state requirements – i.e. sterile compounding, etc.
• ~ BLS &ALS/ACLS certification (BLS required within 90 days of hire;ALS/ACLS required for attending Code Blue).

Preferred Job Requirements

• ~ Doctor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy
