Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor, screening and verification of drug orders for proper dosage, route and administration schedule.
• Counsel patients regarding safe and proper use of medications.
• Resolve drug therapy problems and correct problematic drug orders.
• Coordinate with pharmacy staff to ensure expedited preparation and dispensing of dosage forms.
