Job summary

Tampa General Hospital is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist for the Inpatient Sterile Compounding role. You will ensure safe, effective, and timely medication therapy, collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize pharmacotherapy and patient outcomes.

The position supports hospital operations on the main campus in Tampa, with on-site work required. A Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent experience is required, along with a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy and at least one year of hospital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of one year of prior hospital pharmacy experience required.
• Sterile compounding is highly preferred.
