Beacon Health System is hiring a Clinical Pharmacist for Beacon Kalamazoo in Kalamazoo, MI. This full-time position (40 hrs/wk) operates on day shifts, Monday through Friday, with a 9:30am to 6:00pm schedule.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD and licensure in the appropriate state.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Prepare and dispense medications per physician orders following policies and procedures.
• Oversee and review work of technical staff handling medications.
• Consult with physicians, nurses and staff to ensure safe, effective therapy for patients.
• Document clinical activities and interventions accurately.
