The role requires 1–2 years of hospital patient care experience (PGY-1 preferred) and a PharmD or equivalent degree. RPH licensure in the state is required upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates medication orders for accuracy and resolves discrepancies.
• Prepares IV admixtures and sterile products including large volume parenteral solutions.
• Dispenses medications and ensures safety and regulatory compliance.
• Provides drug information and counsels patients when applicable.
• Monitors patient therapy and recommends adjustments under supervision.
