Qualifications

• Must have PharmD and strong clinical pharmacology knowledge.
• Experience counseling patients and providing pharmacotherapy guidance.
• Proven ability to triage calls and manage patient inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the patient care team.
• Direct pharmacy staff to ensure compliant workflows.
• Ensure prescriptions are dispensed per laws and guidelines.
