Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree from approved College of Pharmacy.
• Registered or eligible for registration in this state.
• BLS preferred.
• Membership in professional associations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dispensing of medications to ensure correct drug, strength and dosage form.
• Screen patient regimens for allergies, interactions, dosing, and duplication.
• Provide drug information to health professionals and patients.
• Perform special assignments as directed by Pharmacy leadership.
