The role involves formulating recommendations based on current literature and evidence-based practice. Requires a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy and active state license; prior pharmacist experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited school.
• License/Certifications: Current state license with Board of Pharmacy.
• Experience: Previous pharmacist experience preferred.
