MaineHealth is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist - Home Delivery to review medication orders for safe and effective use and to collaborate with physicians and other health care personnel to optimize patient outcomes.

The role involves formulating recommendations based on current literature and evidence-based practice. Requires a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy and active state license; prior pharmacist experience preferred.

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.

The pay range for this position is $122,408.00 to $165,630.40 per year.

Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
