Position Overview

This is a full-time, rotating shift Clinical Pharmacist - Generalist position at Methodist and University Hospitals in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves providing inpatient clinical care, supporting pharmacy operations, medication management, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver decentralized pharmacy services in internal medicine
• Monitor and optimize drug therapy
• Handle dosing consultations and documentation
• Precept students and residents
• Improve pharmacy services quality and compliance
• Respond to drug information inquiries and medication issues
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds
• Assist with medication processing functions

Qualifications
