Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Oregon.
• Hospital clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
• Participation in quality management and regulatory initiatives is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective medication therapy and patient education.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other staff to optimize therapy.
• Support medication-use systems and participate in quality improvement projects.
• Contribute to training and educating staff on pharmaceutical care.
