Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare seeks a skilled pharmacist to deliver comprehensive clinical pharmacy services in the Emergency Center and affiliated departments. You will support patient safety, contribute to medication-use programs, and educate Pharm.D. students and residents as part of your responsibilities.

Required are a Pharm.D. degree, Florida licensure eligibility, and 2 years of hospital pharmacist experience or PGY-1 residency in lieu of one year.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an ACPE-accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services in the Emergency Center and related departments.
• Enhance medication safety and develop medication-use programs.
• Supervise and contribute to training for Pharm.D. students and residents.
• Review medication orders and ensure accurate and safe dispensing.
