Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provides comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for the Emergency Center and associated areas.
Demonstrates integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence (I CARE values).
Improves medication use safety in the Emergency Center and develops medication use management programs.
Participates in training Pharm.D. students and residents.
Reviews medication orders and ensures proper information transfers during patient transitions.
