Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Licensed Pharmacist (RPH) required.
• 1+ hospital experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients, families and healthcare team on medication use.
• Provide safe, timely, and cost-effective therapy and participate in rounds.
• Mentor pharmacy technicians and staff; support learning development.
• Review orders and monitor for drug-related problems; document interventions.
• Contribute to quality improvement, regulatory compliance and accreditation.
