Job summary

Requirements include a PharmD and active Pharmacist license; NC CPP credentialing info may apply. Florida background checks may be required, with full-time day shifts and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Doctorate is preferred.
• Licensed Pharmacist (RPH) required.
• CPP added to NC grid as a credential.

Responsibilities

• Educate and counsel patients, families, and healthcare teams on safe medication use.
• Provide safe, timely, and cost-effective therapy; participate in stewardship and surveillance.
• Engage in direct patient care and rounds to ensure smooth transitions of care.
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians, interns, students, and residents.
• Identify and help resolve medication safety events and errors.
