Job summary

Prisma Health seeks a Clinical Pharmacist at Greenville Memorial Hospital to deliver comprehensive medication management and patient care. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from ACPE-approved college; PharmD preferred.
• One year of residency or three years clinical pharmacy experience.
• Licensed or eligible to practice as a Pharmacist in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered pharmacotherapy care and medication management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize therapy outcomes.
• Educate patients, students, and residents; participate in professional activities.
• Documentation and leadership within the pharmacy department.
