Qualifikationen
- TN pharmacist licensure or eligibility required.
- 1 year hospital experience or equivalent preferred.
- Hospital pharmacy residency is preferred.
Aufgaben
- You will utilize problem-solving abilities to resolve issues with care teams.
- Maintain knowledge of hospital policies and dispense accordingly.
- Consult with physicians and nursing staff regarding patient reactions and errors.
- Determine and consult on possible drug interactions.
- Assist with quality improvement initiatives, inventory and ordering of pharmaceuticals.
- Monitor and communicate using computerized documentation systems.
