Job summary

Qualifications
- Doctorate in Pharmacy required.
- 1 year residence or 3 years of clinical pharmacist experience or Board Certification (BPCS) required.
- Current NJ Pharmacist license required.
- ACLS Certification required.
- Strong professional, organizational and interpersonal skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Reviews orders for accuracy and processes them timely within department standards.
- Performs clinical interventions based on protocol and clinical judgement.
- Provides pharmaceutical care consultations and supports patient care transitions.
- Evaluates and optimizes drug therapy for high risk patients.
- Participates in quality, performance improvement, and regulatory initiatives.
