Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D. required.
• Active SC Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Ability to participate with Medicaid, Medicare, and third-party payers.

Responsibilities

• Prepares medications by reviewing and interpreting provider orders.
• Dispenses medications by compounding, packaging, and labeling.
• Oversees and monitors drug therapies; advises on interventions.
• Counsels patients on new medication therapies.
• Manages pharmacy inventory and pricing strategy.
• Directs formulary development and purchasing oversight.
• Handles billing/support for insurance payments.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
