Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops business cases, implementation plans, and operational workflows for home infusion services.
• Provides clinical validation for data assumptions and analyses used in business planning.
• Creates and maintains best practice policies, including medication protocols for specialty infused products.
• Assesses and recommends frictionless referral workflows, including documentation and communication tools.
• Develops staffing models and operational hours based on clinic volume indicators.
• Guides and supports business operations and workflow implementation.
• Engages with clinic stakeholders to inform business plan development.
