Community Care Cooperative seeks a Pharmacist I-III to oversee medication distribution and interact with health center physicians to determine appropriate therapies. You will manage inventory, including 340B, and supervise technicians while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety.

The role requires a PharmD, active license, and strong communication skills. Onsite work in Washington, D.C. with a focus on patient counseling and medication therapy management.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist role requiring safe prescribing and dispensing of medications.
• Knowledge of FDA, BOP and applicable regulations.
• Experience in clinical programs and staff training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee distribution of medications to patients and counsel on therapies.
• Coordinate with physicians to determine medication types and dosages.
• Maintain inventory including 340B program and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise technicians and verify orders, entries, and inspections.
• Ensure infection-control and safety procedures are followed.
