Job summary
MaineHealth is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for the Centralized Refill Program in Westbrook, ME. This full-time, day-shift hybrid role reviews medication orders, collaborates with physicians, and supports refill renewals for primary care patients to ensure safe, effective therapy.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited school.
- Current state license with Board of Pharmacy required.
- Previous pharmacist experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review medication orders for safe and effective use.
- Collaborate with physicians and health care personnel to optimize therapy.
- Formulate recommendations based on current literature and evidence-based practice.
- Support prescription refill renewal authorization for MaineHealth Medical Group patients.
- Triaging information to facilitate timely refill processing and foster interdisciplinary collaboration.
