As a Bilingual English/Spanish Clinical Pharmacist, you will perform live telephonic outreach to UHC Medicare members to improve health quality outcomes, such as medication adherence and appropriate drug utilization. This role offers an opportunity to join a pharmacy team focused on clinical and business collaboration with a supportive team culture that promotes learning and growth.

If you're able to work in-office once a month, you will have the flexibility to work remotely while tackling meaningful challenges.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform telephonic outreach to improve health quality outcomes
  • Optimize pharmacy therapy through telephonic engagement with providers and pharmacies
  • Oversee pharmacy projects from inception to completion
  • Respond to drug information requests
  • Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements
  • Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems
  • Coach, provide feedback, and guide team members
  • Enhance CAHPs member experience scores, contributing to Star Ratings and Medication Adherence metrics
  • Make outbound calls to detractors and medication adherence members to improve experience and reduce barriers
  • Document and track member engagement

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Pharmacy
  • Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in Illinois
  • At least 3 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist
  • At least 3 years of patient consultation experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Windows-based environments for 2+ years
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pharm D degree
  • Experience in retail and/or mail-order pharmacy

The salary range is $89,800 to $176,700 annually, based on full-time employment and various factors including location, education, and experience. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentive programs, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions, subject to eligibility.
