As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will perform live telephonic outreach to UHC Medicare members to improve health quality outcomes, such as medication adherence and appropriate drug utilization. This role offers an opportunity to join a pharmacy team focused on clinical and business collaboration within a supportive team culture that encourages learning and growth.
If you are able to work in-office once a month, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you tackle challenging tasks.

The salary range is $89,800 to $176,700 annually, based on full-time employment and factors such as location, education, experience, and certifications. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentive and recognition programs, stock purchase options, and 401(k).
