As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will perform live telephonic outreach to UHC Medicare members to improve health quality outcomes, such as medication adherence and appropriate drug utilization. This role offers an opportunity to join a pharmacy team focused on clinical and business collaboration within a supportive team culture that encourages learning and growth.

If you are able to work in-office once a month, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you tackle challenging tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Perform telephonic outreach to improve health quality outcomes
  2. Optimize pharmacy therapy through engagement with providers and pharmacies
  3. Oversee pharmacy projects from inception to completion
  4. Respond to drug information requests
  5. Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements
  6. Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems
  7. Coach, provide feedback, and guide others
  8. Improve CAHPs member experience results, impacting Star Ratings and Medication Adherence
  9. Make outbound calls to detractors and members to enhance experience and adherence
  10. Document and track member engagement

Required Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Pharmacy
  2. Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in Illinois
  3. 3+ years of licensed pharmacist experience
  4. 3+ years of patient consultation experience
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and Windows environment for 2+ years
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Pharm D
  2. Retail and/or mail order pharmacy experience

The salary range is $89,800 to $176,700 annually, based on full-time employment and factors such as location, education, experience, and certifications. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentive and recognition programs, stock purchase options, and 401(k).
