Job summary

Stanford Health Care’s Pharmacy Ambulatory Infusion Suite in Mt. View is seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical services, including dispensing, clinical consults, and investigational drug support. You will work with treatment teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to research initiatives.

Applicants should hold a PharmD or a B.S. in Pharmacy with a California license, plus 2 years of related experience (PGY1 acceptable).

Qualifications

Requires Doctorate or B.S. in Pharmacy from an accredited college/university.
Two years of progressively responsible related work experience; PGY1 residency may substitute for one year.
CA Board of Pharmacy license required; BLS/ACLS within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Provide full range of distributive, clinical, consultative, research, and administrative pharmaceutical services.
Interpret prescriptions, ensure safe dispensing and identify potential drug interactions.
Maintain patient records and prepare reports for patient care and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with treatment teams and physicians; participate in teaching programs for students and residents.
Support Investigational Drug Service activities and sponsor interactions as needed.
