Qualifications

• PharmD in Pharmacy Doctorate or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required at hire.
• California Pharmacist Registered upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required where applicable.
• California Fire and Life Safety Card required within 30 days of hire.
• Preferred: 1 year acute care hospital pharmacy experience or ASHP PGY1 residency.

Responsibilities
