Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital in Hood River, OR is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a per diem/variable shift on a part-time schedule. The role focuses on delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

The position offers the opportunity to work within Providence’s patient-focused culture and to be part of a large Pacific Northwest health system.

Competenze

• PharmD in Pharmacy required.
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy required.
• Oregon Pharmacist License required upon hire.
• Preferred: Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent.
• Preferred: Completion of ASHP‑accredited PGY1 residency.
