Job summary

ACHC seeks a Clinical Pharmacist- Accreditation & Education to serve as a clinical and accreditation SME. You will shape pharmacy education, accreditation standards, and industry compliance, supporting students and staff through education programs and surveyor training.

The role combines clinical expertise, public speaking, and collaboration to deliver high-quality educational experiences with strong participant feedback. Office-based in Raleigh-Durham with remote work option two days weekly.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist (RPh) in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of sterile compounding experience.
• Experience interpreting accreditation standards (USP, CMS, FDA) and licensure rules.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and public speaking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and attention to detail.
• About 10–20% travel for business and surveys.

Responsibilities

• Train and support surveyors; develop onboarding and competency education.
• Design and improve training programs for customers, surveyors, and staff.
• Interpret accreditation standards and provide guidance on compliance.
• Create standard updates, guides, and educational communications.
• Collaborate with Quality, Marketing, Education and Accreditation teams.
• Lead educational sessions and participate in surveys as needed.
