Qualifications
- Must hold Oregon pharmacist license and be in good standing.
- Pharmacist degree requirements include B.S. in Pharmacy; Pharm.D preferred.
- Two or more years of professional experience in pharmacy.
- Exposure to 340B program knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to comply with state and federal drug laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead pharmacy management and daily operations at Roseburg clinic and satellite sites.
- Oversight of 340B program in collaboration with program manager.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to provide drug information and monitor therapies.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and safety standards across operations.
- Supervise technicians, validate prescriptions, and manage labeling and dispensing.
- Educate patients and staff to optimize pharmacological care and adherence.
