Qualifications

• PharmD required.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care in the Emergency Department for pediatric patients.
• Medication management and optimization in fast-paced settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal therapy outcomes.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services within pediatric ED.

Clinical Pharmacy Specialist – Emergency Department

Join a nationally recognized health system as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist supporting the Emergency Department. This role provides direct patient care, medication management, interdisciplinary collaboration, and clinical pharmacy services in a fast-paced pediatric environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about optimizing medication therapy and improving outcomes for pediatric patients while serving as a valued member of the healthcare team.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM.

Requirements:

• PharmD required
• PGY-1 Residency OR 5+ years of pediatric hospital pharmacy experience required
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong clinical and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Salary range: $124,000-$198,000
