Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join BayCare Hospital Wesley Chapel in Wesley Chapel, FL. This full-time exempt role focuses on patient safety, satisfaction, and high-quality pharmaceutical care for the community.

The position offers a variable shift with weekend work every 3rd and no on-call requirement. Florida licensure is required; ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency is preferred for candidates seeking advanced training.

Qualifications

• Required: FL Pharmacist license.
• Preferred: ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
• Hospital pharmacy experience desired.

Responsibilities

• The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.

Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities

Certifications And Licensure
