Job description

This will be a 3-month role, with potential extension. Hours will be based on business needs, with flexible scheduling. The hiring manager will consider candidates seeking part-time work.

Pay range: $57 - $62.00/hr.

This is a 100% remote job role.

Requirements: Valid Pharmacist License in Florida.

Position Overview:

The pharmacist will be responsible for medication therapy management (MTM) services, including outbound calls for comprehensive medication reviews (CMR) and providing in-depth consultations on statin medication use per AHA guidelines. Responsibilities also include transcribing patient-specific prescription and diagnosis information into a third-party, web-based application.

Qualifications:

Education/Licensing Requirements:

• Valid Pharmacist License in Florida (please screenshot and include at the top of your resume)

Experience Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as a clinical MTM pharmacist. Management experience preferred.
• Familiar with Part D Star measures, specifically SUPD, SPC, and CMR.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical and medical vocabulary.
• Clinical experience in medication review.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using Salesforce preferred.

• Attend training sessions to acquire or enhance relevant skills.
