Qualifications

  • Valid Washington Pharmacist License required upon hire.

Description


The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for assessing patient specific medications and clinical data in order to evaluate & monitor for safety, efficacy and pharmaco-economic optimization opportunities. In this role, the pharmacist may administer medications, monitors clinical data, educates patients, and provides general drug information to the healthcare team. This role works closely with the Clinical Pharmacy leadership thru various projects aimed at improving the quality of care and personal professional growth and development.

Schedule: Full-time, Day shift


Location: Remote, but looking for local candidates.

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy. Or

  • PharmD PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy.

  • Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License.
