Talented Medical Solutions, a nurse-owned and Joint Commission Certified staffing agency, is hiring a Pharmacist for a community-focused healthcare facility in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for a clinically experienced, compassionate pharmacist who is passionate about supporting patients living with HIV/AIDS and underserved populations.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense and counsel patients on HIV medications, chronic disease treatments, and preventative therapies

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated, patient-centered care

Manage insurance claims and maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations

Utilize pharmacy software systems for prescription processing and inventory management

What We're Looking For:

Active WA Pharmacist License: Unrestricted and in good standing

Patient-Centered Care: Deep commitment to supporting marginalized communities

Clinical Proficiency: Baseline understanding of HIV therapies and chronic condition management; AAHIVP certification is a plus

Technical Skill: Experience with pharmacy management systems (McKesson Enterprise preferred)

Team-Oriented: Ability to work within interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Strong Communicator: Able to clearly explain medication regimens and support patient adherence
